Although cereal flavored e-liquid is nothing new, over the past few years e-juice companies have gotten a whole lot better at perfecting them. Gone are the days of calling a creamy fruit flavor a “cereal”; today’s cereal flavored e-juice combines various grains, sweeteners and milk to produce authentic tasting blends that accurately replicate your favorite morning breakfast treats. In many cases, cereal flavored e-liquid combines two of the most popular flavor categories (deserts and fruit), resulting in complex and layered flavor profiles that keep things interesting. I’m definitely a BIG FAN, and today’s e-juice “mixologists” have taken the art to a whole new level!
There’s a growing list of options to consider from dozens of reputable companies, but here are my top choices for the best cereal e-juice flavors:
Fruity Breakfast Cereal Flavors
When it comes to cereal flavors, fruity blends seem to be the most prevalent and popular. These are my favorite flavors in the fruit category:
Although it’s definitely not the first Fruit Loops flavor to gain mass appeal (check out Cereal Killa by 9 South Vapes), Looper is the one that I keep on-hand and vape regularly. They’re both super tasty, but Cereal Killa is only available at 4mg nicotine, while Looper is available at 0, 3, 6 and 12mg. Made by hand in small batches by premium juice maker Phillip Rocke, Looper is an outstanding blend of fruity cereal and milk that tastes exactly like Kellogg’s Fruit Loops! Smooth, creamy fruit inhale followed by a crisp, lightly sweet exhale, this is one of my favorite all-day-vapes.
This is how one reviewer on JuiceDB.com described Looper:
Spot on Fruit Loops flavor. Multiple fruits harmoniously mixed to a delicate balance; none more overbearing or punchy than the rest. Somehow the exact cereal flavor is replicated. That combination of puffed corn and grain with the light frosting sets it apart from most cereal vapes where it’s all fruit and very little cereal. Underlying all of it is a light milky taste. It’s not cream or custard because it shouldn’t be; it’s just milk and in just the right amount.
Unlike some of my other recommendations on this page, Admiral Berry Crunch isn’t what I would consider a “premium” e-liquid. You’ll need to choose your PG/VG level, let it steep for 1-2 weeks, and I would recommend at least 2 extra flavor shots… but it’s definitely tasty if you get it right! For a bargain-priced e-liquid, Admiral Berry Crunch is a delicious take on Cap’n Crunch Berries cereal. You get a creamy corn cereal flavor with hints of berry on inhale, followed by a smooth and pleasant milky, sweet aftertaste. You might have to fine-tune this blend to get it just right, but you can’t beat Mt. Baker Vapor’s extremely low pricing. I typically go with 50/50 PG/VG and 2 extra flavor shots, then let it steep for about a month. Looking for something a little more high-end and finely tuned? Consider Crunch by Teleos…
Admiral Berry Crunch is a refined and delicious blend of sweet and tart berries with rich, creamy breakfast cereal flavor. Admiral Berry Crunch will bring back memories of your favorite Saturday mornings. Set sail for flavor paradise!
Cereal Milk by Kilo E-Liquids is another fruity cereal flavor similar to Looper, but it’s just a tad bit different and probably closer to Fruity Pebbles. To be honest, it’s really hard for me to describe the differences between some of these flavors since they’re so close. As the name implies, Cereal Milk is just a little more milky than ANML’s Looper, but it still has a nice mix of natural fruit and cereal flavors thrown into the mix.
The perfect blend of fruity cereal and milky cream. This nostalgic flavor is reminiscent of the milk after you’ve finished a bowl of your favorite cereal.
Yup… it tastes just like Trix! Another fruity cereal blend, but just a little less sweet with a more pronounced puffed corn flavor than the others I’ve recommended so far. Smooth, crisp and extra delicious, it combines a full spectrum of fruit flavors into every puff. One of the first cereal e-liquids that I truly enjoyed, Trixy has been around for a while but it still makes it’s way into my e-juice rotation. As it’s described by Joe:
Of all the flavors I’ve ever created, “Trixy” presented such a unique set of challenges I just couldn’t resist! The trick behind Trixy is that with so many flavors mingling together, the slightest mistake in the formula would result in everything just blending together into an oversweet mess. The final formula for the Trixy blend is one of my favorites as the subtleness of each fruity flavor presents itself one after another in a playful parade of taste.
Mother’s Milk isn’t exactly marketed as a “cereal e-juice” per se, but it’s one of my all time favorites and reminds me of the 80’s kids cereal – Franken Berry. Described as a creamy custard with a sweet strawberry exhale, Mothers Milk is one of the most popular flavors on the market; a rich, creamy custard with subtle hints of strawberry. An excellent all-day-vape that’s extra smooth, perfectly sweet and ultra tasty.
This descriptive review from Reddit says it all:
Gangbanged my mouth so hard I cried. I like sweet dessert juices. This juice tastes best warm. Exhale through the mouth and you get a strawberry twinky flavor. Exhale through the nose and you get more of a strawberry grahamcracker type flavor. I believe if something deserves recognition, I should give it. 10 out of 10, I would get gangbanged in the mouth again by Mother’s Milk!
Creamy, Non-Fruit Cereals
Not every cereal is fruit-flavored; think honey, cinnamon and chocolate with plenty of milk! These cereal e-juice flavors cover the non-fruit spectrum:
One of the most complex (and expensive) flavors on this list, Boss Reserve is described as “a golden honey graham cereal with roasted nut clusters, drenched in creamy milk and layered with sliced bananas.” This one is definitely rich and flavorful; like an sweet bowl of Golden Grahams cereal topped with bananas. It may be too rich and sugary for some, but it’s one of my personal favs! Looking for a Golden Graham flavor without the bananas? Texas Select Vapor has a Golden Graham e-juice that’s supposed to be pretty good. From The Drip Club:
Took a little steeping, but this flavor is incredible! Tastes like a bowl of honey bunches of oats with sliced bananas on it. First you get the honey, nice and sweet but not overpowering, followed by the nutty clusters and it finishes with a nice creamy banana. This stuff is great!
This isn’t the first time I’ve recommended Cosmic Fog’s Milk & Honey; but it’s so delicious! Remember when you’d let your Honey’ Nut Cheerios sit in a bowl of milk to absorb all the honey sweet goodness? Yeah, it’s sorta like that… but in vapor form. Lightly sweet, ultra creamy and unbelievably smooth, an all-day-vape doesn’t get much better than this. Honey, nuts and plenty of milk, here’s a review from JuiceDB.com:
Some say it’s a bit like the last milk in the bottom of a bowl of nutty cereal, but it’s so much better than that. Milk, honey and marshmallow – it’s just so dang sweet, nutty and baked! It’s an incredibly dynamic and creamy juice, irresistibly rich. Perfectly balanced; the flavors are too subtle to pick out one by one, but together they create the most elusive, beautiful taste to have graced my tank.
Like Admiral Berry Crunch (above), Cinnatoast Munch is another low-cost option from Mt. Baker Vapor. You choose PG/VG level and definitely expect 1-2 weeks of steeping before it truly shines. Despite the budget pricing, this one tastes exactly like Cinnamon Toast Crunch! You won’t get the harsh spiciness of some cinnamon flavors; and it’s softened up nicely by milky vanilla cereal notes. A creamy smooth vape that’s easy on the taste buds, a couple extra flavor shots really make it pop.
Cinnatoast Munch expertly captures the delectable flavor of everyone’s favorite breakfast cereal, and all without the harsh, spicy bite of common cinnamon e-juices. With a hint of vanilla for sweetness, Cinnatoast Munch pairs excellently with a hot cup of coffee in the morning or as a pleasant after dinner treat.
Like the cereal, Kaptain Peanut Butter Krunch isn’t the sweetest flavor on this list, but it’s a unique blend that accurately replicates it’s namesake. It’s a delicious peanut butter flavor that goes down smooth and finishes off subtly sweet and creamy. The Beez Kneez is another cereal e-juice from Lost Art (Honey’ Nut cereal), but since I already recommended Milk & Honey, Kaptain Peanut Butter Krunch made the cut instead.
Enjoy a spoonful of your favorite honey flavored cereal every time you vape this e-liquid, A perfect all day, creamy vape!
Out of all the cereal flavors on this list, this is the only one I haven’t personally tried (yet). Chocolate flavors aren’t normally my thing, but since it’s the only Cocoa Puffs flavor I could find, I thought it rounded things off nicely. Described as being “sweet, light and chocolatey” with crisp and flakey puffed corn, maybe I’ll have to give it a shot. It doesn’t sound overly rich or complicated… could be a great daily vape. From Joe:
Not some fancy five star restaurant brulee, at FlavorZ we like to make stuff that just tastes good, no need to be fancy. Unlike most chocolate blends which focus on being dark and rich, Koko Puffs is sweet, light and chocolatey with the essence of puffed corn giving it a crisp flakey flavor with balanced sweetness.
