Vapor Fi (formerly Vapor Zone) combines the convenience of online shopping with an extensive line of products from it's chain of brick-and-mortar retail stores. Find a high-quality lineup of vaping gear; from mini, cigarette-style setups to larger, more advanced devices. With nearly 100 unique flavors and a wide range of product choices, Vapor Fi is not your typical e-cigarette company.
More About Vapor Fi
A subsidiary of International Vapor Group (IVG), Vapor Fi (formerly known as Vapor Zone) is a new concept that ties together an online marketplace with a full chain of brick-and-mortar retail stores. Although IVG also owns South Beach Smoke and Eversmoke brand e-cigs, the Vapor Fi line is much more extensive, with a full range of products for beginners and advanced users.
Vapor Fi offers a complete line of starter kits, from mini, cigarette-style products to a variety of mid-size models and variable voltage setups. In addition, Vapor Fi offers a huge selection of nearly one hundred e-liquid flavors, from traditional menthol and tobacco varieties, to unique and creative choices such as: Cuban Mojito, Frozen Banana, Key Lime Cheesecake, Rum ‘N’ Cherry Cola, Watermelon Zest Candy and many more.
Vapor Fi’s Mini E-Cigarettes
We’re not sure why these options aren’t offered directly with the kit, but the website makes it clear that the cartridges are sold separately. Although it’s a little confusing at first, we think it’s a HUGE PLUS that Vapor Fi provides so many options with their mini products, especially when you consider their extensive line of e-liquid flavors. Unless you want to pay extra and settle for pre-filled Tobacco, Menthol, Cherry, Vanilla or Chocolate flavors, we’d highly recommend you purchase blanks or mini clearomizers to expand your flavor options and save money.
Our Favorite Setup – The Pro Starter Kit
Vapor Fi’s Pro Starter Kit includes one battery, one clearomizer and a charger, but like the Express Kit it DOES NOT include any e-liquid. Search through over 100 unique flavor options from Vapor Fi and purchase it separately, or choose any of your favorite e-liquid vendors.
Great Performance… Like You’d Expect
We had a chance to test both the Express and Pro Starter Kits, and although they’re completely different setups, they performed just like you’d expect from devices in these categories. The Express was a solid performer for a mini, with the smaller 180mAh battery lasting about 150 puffs and the 280mAh lasting close to 200 puffs. Vapor production was impressive, although it paled in comparison the the Pro Kit, which obviously produces thicker, more satisfying clouds of vapor with it’s manually-operated 650mAh battery. Where the Express battery may last you up to half a day (depending on how much you vape), the Pro Kit should easily last a day or longer without a recharge.
In regards to their e-liquid, we experimented with five of Vapor Fi’s 100+ flavors: Blu-Ki-Co-Ninja, Choco-Nana, Godfather, Strawberry Cheesecake and Watermelon Zest Candy. Overall we enjoyed all of their 70/30 PG / VG blends, with Godfather and Strawberry Cheesecake being our favorites. The chocolate in the Choco-Nana tasted a bit artificial, but this seems to be common with many chocolate flavors. All of them provided plenty of vapor, with a mild throat hit (at 6mg nicotine).

Great Products, Premium Pricing…
Vapor Fi has a nice selection of products designed for every type of vaper. Their Express and Pro Kits are perfect for beginners, plus they have a variety of advanced setups when you’re ready to take things to the next level. Quality-wise, there’s nothing to complain about with Vapor Fi. Their products preform well and they have a decent 90-day warranty, but the cost is a bit high on some products. For example, the Express Kit isn’t too bad when you factor in cartridges, but the Pro Kit is kind of pricey after you add a bottle of e-liquid. You can get a similar mid-size setup from Apollo or Halo for about the same price, with an extra battery and tank included. Otherwise, VaporFi has some excellent products and their e-liquid choices are endless. Plus, earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in the “Vapor Rewards” program and essentially earn 10% back on all your purchases. Visit Vapor Fi →

I live in Miami and have a Vapor Zone store near my house. I’ve been using the Pulse for several months and I love it! Super powerful with loads of vapor! VZ has an excellent assortment of flavors too, Frozen Banana and Strawberry Kiwi are my favorites 🙂

Was very happy with most of their products! However, i purchased the variable battery for my pro and it stopped working after 2 months. And my first few e-liquids were great. But my last order of my go to flavor was disappointing as it completely lacked in flavor. Unfortunately i purchased 3 bottles of it which all seem to be the same.
With no stores in my area i have to pay for shipping which sucks when you don’t get the quality you expected!!!

Vapor Fi is one of the better brands out there, when you take into account the quality build of their gear, plus nice e-liquids and a great warranty plan, you really can’t beat it. Natually as someone who vapes, I am going to purchase different products from different brands, but Vapor Fi always stands out as some of the best stuff i’ve tried.
If you need a basic kit, go with the Pro kit, if you’re into rebuilding your own stuff, check out the Vox 50. They have something for everyone looking to quit or just enjoy a nice vape.

I have the Pulse and the drip tip (mouth piece) is made from plastic that gets brittle very fast and breaks easily. If replacements were available it would make the situation bearable, but with nothing made available it makes for a bad situation. You will have to buy a whole new tank just to replace the mouth piece. The tanks are good price, but in the end they are extremely expensive. Very disappointed in not only the initial quality, but also the fact there are no replacements made available for sell. Come on guys, really?
I HAD BEEN USING JUICE MANIC AND LOVED THEIR FLAVORS. I FIGURED TO GIVE VAPORFI A TRY. THE EJUICE ‘S DO NOT TASTE RIGHT AND THEY HAVE A VERY UNPLEASANT AFTER TASTE. I EMAILED CS AND I WAS TOLD I HAD TO “STEEP” THE LIQUIDS FOR A WEEK. WHAT??? NEVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER USE THEIR PRODUCT AGAIN. I AM SURE I WON’T SEE THIS REVIEW ANYWHERE BECAUSE IT WILL BE SQUASHED.
Actually, most e-juice companies recommend to “steep” their e-juice, especially if it’s freshly made.

I recently bought the volt from vaporfi and its just what im looking for. I didnt want to waste $ on the occ coils so the rba is perfect for me. I love that they have a video on how to wick the coil which i found helpful since this is my first rba. I finally ditched that protank 3 i have been using since i first started vaping. I would have liked to see more wattage information on what to set the .5 ohm rba coil but after researching some forums i found my answers.

Vaporfi makes wonder products but the customer service is really lacking. I bought a 1000 mAh battery and while in my pocket (under 30 days after purchase) it broke at the hinge (like literally snapped like a twig at the hinge, I had it in my pocket and went to reach for it, it snapped immediately). I emailed cs and was told that wasn’t covered in the warranty even after I argued that it was not something I could have avoided, again it literally snapped like a twig with very little pressure. Fine I figured, the only part that was broken was one of the 2 wires connecting the battery to the base, so I asked for more info to solder it back, cs told me they would send a schematic, several months later, still no response. Furthermore, I accidentally placed an order for a new battery, one that was not compatible with my tank, so I emailed cs to cancel my order, it was the day after I placed the order. Cs tells me that it is impossible to cancel my order and I would have to resend it back when I received it and I would have to pay for the shipping back, like seriously wtf, why can’t my order just be cancelled or at least pay for the goddamn shipping label. The products are such a great quality but I’m getting fed up with cs, I can’t so much as return something I don’t want without having issue?
I have their Pro kit, with the Pro L II tank and 1000 mAh variable battery (and I bought a case to carry it all in). A big purchase for someone who’s been burned (take that any way you want) by e cigs in the past. One which wouldn’t have been made if not for VF’s wonderful customer service. They took the time to fully answer all of my questions – even the ones they could’ve easily thrown a link at me for and told me to read.
I’m quite happy with my Pro and look forward to upgrading to other tanks and batteries they offer, over time.

Spammy emails aren’t uncommon among online retailers, but VaporFi takes the prize for the most obnoxious “deals”.
Offered me a %15 discount on the bottle of juice I left in my cart, with the disclaimer “*excludes e-liquids”.
After placing an order, offered me $20 off my next $100 purchase, which expires the day before my current order is expected to be delivered. At least give me a chance to try my purchase before pushing me to buy more.
Vaporfi is run by fools, I highly suggest avoiding them! I ordered a starter kit and some replacement clearomizers from them, paid for the order, waited a week before calling only to be told the starter kit was on back order (no indication of that at the time the order was placed VIA their website therefore they “sold” and charged me for items they didn’t have to sell… ie fraud) and they had shipped the clearomizers which were completely useless without the e-cig which was back ordered with no ETA. I canceled the order, sent the clearomizers back, when they arrived, and was given a refund which was $12 less than I paid. Since I started trying to get the rest of the refund 2 days ago I’ve received emails from 4 different customer service reps who have all given me different answers ranging from “the refund was issued in full” to “it takes up to 10 days to receive the refund”… the latter reply being received after I told them I’d already received 2 partial refunds totalling $12 less than I paid. Idiots or scammers, you decide!
