Juishy E-Juice “Prohibition Sale”

We hadn’t tried it yet, but in 2016 Juishy E-Juice ran a “Prohibition Sale” after FDA’s deeming rule took effect.

The brand offered dozens of flavors in PG/VG blends, including traditional menthol and tobacco flavors, or drink, dessert and fruit-flavored varieties. Some of their top-sellers include: Arctic Watermelon, Arctic Strawberry, Banana Split, Blueberry Slushie, Cinnamon Buns, Cotton Candy Clouds, Fairy Fog, Orange Dreamsicle and Unicorn Clouds.

The sale offered large 100ml bottles at a steep discount through Vapes.com.

Update: FDA has regulated e-cigarettes and e-liquids as tobacco products since its deeming rule took effect on August 8, 2016. Only FDA-authorized e-cigarettes may be lawfully sold in the US, and only to adults 21 and older.
