Joyetech Espion Infinite 230W Box Mod Kit – Modern LED Styling

Joyetech Espion Infinite 230W Box Mod Kit – Modern LED Styling

A steady stream of LED accented devices continues to be rolled out. The latest, the Joyetech Espion Infinite 230W Box Mod Kit, features unique “tunnel effect” LED light that provides a colorful, three-dimensional look. Powered by dual 20700 or 18650 batteries, it offers all of the most up-to-date and advanced features you would expect, but it’s unique design and modern LED styling are what set it apart from the competition.

Like it or not, LED lights are quickly becoming the latest gimmick in vaping. Some do it better than others, but a growing number of companies are finding unique ways to highlight and accent their devices with LED’s. The Joyetech Espion Infinite Box Mod is definitely one of the classier options, here’s a short preview:

More About the Espion Infinite Mod

Joyetech Espion Infinite 230W Box Mod The latest device from Joyetech’s Espion series, the Joyetech Espion Infinite 230W Box Mod Kit looks nothing like its relatively new predecessor and appears to be completely redesigned from the ground up. The only shared trait that I can see is the large, Joyetech branded firing button on the side.

The Joyetech Espion Infinite Box Mod features an modestly-sized 0.96 inch TFT color display and appears to have an easy-to-use interface to manage all of your settings. You can choose from several different layouts and five color choices. It provides up to 230W of output with full temperature control (Ni/Ti/SS), 3-memory TCR, preheat, resistance lock, real-time clock and more. The display is surrounded by two beveled LED light rings which generate the three-dimensional tunnel effect, and it also creates the impression that the screen is larger than it actually is.

We’re not sure how the LED lights work yet, but there appear to be several different customizable modes… and they can even react to motion.

Dual 20700 (or 18650) Compatibility

Joyetech Espion Infinite Mod Batteries

Like many new devices this year, the Joyetech Espion Infinite 230W Box Mod Kit is compatible with long-lasting, high-capacity 20700 batteries. It also includes an adapter to use 18650 cells. And another trend that we’ve been seeing is faster firing speeds – the Espion Infinite Mod has a fire speed of just 0.025 seconds.

Available towards the beginning of May, the Joyetech Espion Infinite Box Mod will be sold alone or as a complete starter kit with the new 5.5ml ProCore Conquer Sub-Ohm Tank. An upgrade to the original ProCore Tank, the Conquer has an attractive, bulging glass design with an aggressive notched base and top cap. It comes with matching, colored glass and honeycomb-style resin drip tip.

The ProCore Conquer Tank utilizes Joyetech’s latest ProC Series coil heads which are available in various configurations, including several DL and MTL designs and a new reticular coil (mesh) for robust flavor production.

An Contemporary LED Light Mod

The Joyetech Espion Infinite Box Mod Kit isn’t the first device to incorporate LED lights, but it’s one of the most modern and classy designs that we’ve seen so far. Unlike most of the competition, it’s far less toy-like and gimmicky and it offers a contemporary edge that certainly feels more mature and adult-like.

I can’t see myself using LED lights very often, but if I was going to choose a device with colorful LED’s, the Joyetech Espion Infinite Kit would likely be at the top of my list. We’ll have to wait to see how it performs, but based upon the looks alone, it seems like a promising and attractive new setup.
